where has the Z-wave Firmware update for the Z-wave radio been moved to?

Still under Z-Wave details.. But it is hidden now unless an update is available for your hub.

Does clicking Settings > Z-Wave Details > Z-Wave Firmware Update simply update the Radio f/w, or does it also download new f/w to (some of the) Z-Wave devices in your mesh?
