I have multiple smoke and water sensors that if triggered I want an SMS alert stating which sensor was triggered.
I don't use webcore, but there are a couple places to start. There is a dedicated section of the community here...

There's no built-in SMS support. You can get notifications sent to the Hubitat mobile app, or any other notification device - such as Pushover.

Yes and no. But if your cellular provider supports it you can email the message.
