Where can I find the Z-Wave Exclude function?

Folks.

I feel really really silly asking this question. Where in the hubitat menu is zwave exclude? I've got a smoke detector I want to move between hubs, and I need to exclude it. I've done this dozens of times, but I'd be damned If I can find the zwave exclude option in 2.3.1.139..

What obvious thing am I missing?
