So is it armed or not?
The circled “HSM Disarmed” in the upper right corner of for the HSM Home Security portion of HSM. I only use HSM for Leak Detection, and mine looks exactly like yours. It has worked fine for years, and has notified me at least three times to water leaks in our home.

Smoke and Water are always armed by default and independent of intrusion. Makes sense as you want these alerts to go off even if you are at home.

If you press the button you have circled on the bottom of the screen it will disarm your water monitoring rule.
