What this does in Link to Hub app? (Function)

Hello, I want to know what function does this

I thought because it was on my second hub, the slave, turning it on will make this hub add devices from the master installing link to hub in the master hub, if that is the case then it doesn't works.

Please help.

Edit: Ok, I figured out, it disables the link to hub app.... So why is so confusing? It should say enable link to hub or enable app.

A lot of Apps were given that switch before Disable on the Apps page was 'invented' -- now you have two ways to disable/enable.

Default is for that X to be pale grey. Click it and it turns red and a Disable column appears to the left of the App names.
