Any idea why the double tap wouldn’t work to turn these Sylvania RGBW bulbs on and off?? Thanks guys, I’m new but trying to figure this all out!

Could you walk us through what you are trying to do?
Are you seeing the double click action show up in the logs in HE?
Yeah, the drop down has 4 choice. Pushed, held, double tap, and I forgot what the last one was. I set it up no issue with my dimmer but having issues with the on off red series.
Which drop down are you referring to and which driver are you using?

Are you using Button Controllers app?
I've installed 11 of these but haven't programmed them yet. I did save this tutorial from their forum.
That’s a good tutorial. I think everything it accomplishes can also be done in Button Controller which is more accessible than RM for beginners.
yeah, I haven't tried it but I think RM and button controller would be interchangeable in this application.

Are you using the inovelli driver for your devices or the built-in driver?
The Inovelli driver.
I have the innovelli driver installed, and select button 2 pushed for double click up and held for double click down. These are sylvania rgbw bulbs. I do switch on and off, is that right?
I got it working. Trial and error, you guys lead me down the right road. Thanks so much!!!!
