I am still troubleshooting issues with my WEMO dimmers, switches and plugs. For those of you doing the same, here is something you should be aware of.
I noticed something strange while troubleshooting an odd issue where the Wemo App finds the device, but WEMO Connect does not. Check this out. It appears that the Orbi and WEMO Connect are seeing the MAC address as 30:23:03:45:AO:75 rather than the MAC address reported in the WEMO app which is 30:23:03:45:AO:74. I found a post on Reddit that confirms the app is misreporting the address.

Orbi Connected Devices (sorted by MAC address)
Wemo Connect discovered it and reported it the same as Orbi.
This did not help fix my issues but it made me less confused.
