Weird stuff going on with Lutron Pico

I have a Pico on each night stand... The rule is simple through BC... 1 turns bulb on, 3 turns off whole house, 5 turns off lamp. Currently 2 and 4 are not in use. This has been working just dandy for the longest time. All of a sudden you press 1 and all the lights on the floor turn on, 5 turns them all off. I checked the rule..

I've checked the in use by on all the other lights and aside from shut down house, they aren't controlled by any rules at the moment.

What would cause such strange behavior? Logs only show that the bulb turned on and the mains only show turned on or off by physical

Oh one last note: When pressing button 3 to do my shutdown routine. All the lights in the house go to 100 then turn off. This started a few days ago (does it with both picos)

Any actions for button 1 held or released?

Nope

You are controlling a lot of devices simultaneously with that button 3 action. It might not hurt to add some delay (short) between to prevent flooding network.

It hasn't been a real issue. Most of what's being turned off is lutron stuff and that's controlled by a scene button via telnet. But the real oddity is 1 and 5 on both picos are turning on all the lights on the floor or off

The button isn’t in a room with lights within the caseta software, is it?

No. Like I said, this started a few days ago. Nothing has changed on my system for a while (several weeks and nothing on lutron in a couple of months)

So based on this comment I went back again and checked my Lutron software. Somehow both pico's got those lights tagged within the app. So when the button controller was pushed on to turn on the night stand, lutron app saw it go on and turned on all tagged lights. Weird because I never touched that within the app. I untagged them on the picos and it's fine now.
