WebCORE Piston migration to RM assistance

Need logical assistance on figuring out how to do the piston below in RM. I use Hubduino to control a relay to remote start my vehicles. Quite awesome honestly. The MDX is always outside so that is an easy ON/delay 20 minutes OFF rule. The Odyssey Van is a lot more complex being in the garage. I need to ensure the garage opens, send unlock signal to Van, start van, after 25 mins turn off switch and close garage door.

What is ZVehicles and VAN ?

ZVehicles is the actual Hubduino device that is a Wemo D1 with a 2 step relay. The actual name of the vehicles are the virtual switches.
