Webcore Help - Basic Question [Solved]

Definitely have logs set to full:

I will try it with "automatic" instead of "never subscribe" again, but that also didn't work before FYI. I will also try with turn on eliminated.

Honestly I feel like my webcore is messed up after seeing everything in here =).

How about stepping back to make sure things are working.
Try changing your 'Time is between' to 'Kitchen Cabinet Lights' are OFF.
This will prove that the lights can turn on OK and the 'changes to' is triggering OK.
Just trying to eliminate things.

I believe when you had it to automatic subscription, your time condition was incorrect. I don’t know that I’d delete the turn on statement just yet as that is clearly not your problem. And for the purposes of testing, try limiting the time condition to a smaller duration - so you don’t have to wait for sunset to test. Not necessary, but will sure save you a lot of time.

PS… I highly doubt your webcore is broken.

Hi @user3666 .
Have you got this to work now?

Your trace indicates that you are not even getting past the first IF. Try using only one motion sensor and change your time condition to something that you can immediately trigger, for testing.

Thanks all, I hope to do more testing with these ideas, but it may be this weekend. I will report back. I like the idea of trying each motion sensor one at a time with NO time clause, and working my way up until something fails!

Another app you may wish to implement is the built in app 'Zone Motion Controller' (ZMC).
With this you can group your 3 MS's into one virtual MS.
There are various options with this app.
I tend to use it for all my MS's so if I need to add/delete/change a MS, I just need to change ZMC with the appropriate MS and not have to go into all the individual pistons/apps that use the individual MS.
Just something else to make things easier. (For me anyway).

Hey all, I went in and duplicated my old piston, and started editing from the beginning to make sure each individual motion sensor was functioning (and without any time clause). In the end, this one worked flawlessly IMMEDIATELY before I even started testing. I have absolutely no idea what is different, they look identical. But for whatever reason this one works without any issues:

I am deleting my original piston and calling it a day!!!

Thank you everyone for the help along the way. I may check out the ZMC that looks super useful!
