The webCoRE graphing feature is a great addition to Hubitat, but it inherited some issues/quirks from the original Hubigraph code. As a community-maintained app, what is the recommended method for reporting and fixing these issues?
Is the source code public? If so, where is it?

Thanks for the source link.
How are issues reported/fixed/tested/released?
It can be done as part of a thread, or private message, etc.
If you want want to work on a fix, you can and then start a discussion if you have a fix or via pull request....

I can work on fixes, but I cannot test them except in my limited usage of the code.
@nh.schottfam : Are you the one I should contact via a private message?
