I'm very new but excited I'm figuring out how to use some of this stuff. I've created webcore graphs for my freezers and have tiles for them on my dashboard. The problem is, every time the dashboard refreshes, I lose most of the data on the graph. I have it set to show 3 days because I like to look for instances out of range(I know its unnecessary, i have high temp alerts too). When I refresh the dashboard I now only have about 3 hours of data on each graph. Is there a way to keep this 3 days of data on the tile to view? This is while I'm accessing the dashboard locally on my PC.
My second issue is that I can't see the graphs from my phone, even when connected locally.
Thank you for any help!
Set up long term storage. That will allow you to keep data for longer periods.
On your graphs if they don't appear local check the option for Local Graph URL. If the slider is on turn it off and see if that allows you to see them. It will then use HTTP instead of HTTPS
Can you point me to where I can learn how to set up long term storage? That search term doesn't really come up with anything.
My graph appears locally only on my laptop. I have the slider OFF to use HTTPS. It doesn't show on my phone with the same dashboard.
Thank you for the help
Finally found some info on how to set up long term storage here: Using graphs in webCoRE - #64 by bobbles
Off means it is using HTTP not HTTPS. It is a bit confusing.
If you look at the URL listed below it will switch between HTTP and HTTPS as you move the slider.
If you move the slider back and forth does the graph appear in the preview below?
Sorry. I have the slider set to use HTTP not HTTPS. The address below it is http://
Yes, the graph is showing in the preview window. I have it set to HTTP because my antivirus was blocking it when using HTTPS.
