I have made 2 Webcore charts. They work fine on my PC. However on my android phone i get just the chart title and the three dots. The chart is not there. On my tablet. The chart shows up as a grey box. Is there some sort of security thing that I'm missing?
Are they going through the cloud? Or are they on a different subnet?
If all devices are on the local LAN, they all should see the full chart. It's when you try to go through the cloud interface and retrieve the chart that it gets lost. I wrote a small app ( [BETA] Hub Proxy Server ) that provides an endpoint that allow these to come through.

On andriod sometimes it switches to cloud is what we're getting at I think. One way to double check that is to unplug the Wan cable from router... and see if your phone can still get to it through the app. If it can't then it likely is trying to go through the cloud.

I just tried another PC, It shows grey boxes. When I mouse over the grey box an error message comes up. https://etc. etc. / access_token etc. might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to new web address. Don't know what to do with that.
