Yes. No update available. I'm guessing it's tied to the platform version and I must be on the latest for my platform.
I would download a local backup to your pc and just upgrade to the latest platform normally if you can. You can also go back to the previous platform if things go wrong.
Thanks everyone for all the help. After reviewing all the release notes and based on several of your suggestions, I decided to just take the plunge and update since I had a backup. Things appear to be working. I will keep an eye on it over the next few days. I will not fall this far behind again.
Now I just need to learn a few new apps and migrate to them.

You could set a notification to your phone everytime an update is available. Also so many new things since your previous version. (including matter support)
Make sure you get the diagnostic tool updated as well, a lot of changes made are to help you get out of a bad place. If you get into that bad place with the outdated tool you might be stuck! It should update by itself but being how old it was, it might need some encouragement with that endpoint, which should work now.

Take a backup, download it to a computer, and give the update a shot. If it doesn't bring the configuration over (it should), restore the backup.
The database file names changed a couple of times since 2.2.3 so it will not wipe the database. But it's good to have a backup regardless.
