Water Leak Detector Rule not working

Hello, gang. I'm baaaack!

Hubitat C-8 (not the Pro) on the latest firmware

The Situation: I bought some leak detectors (Zooz XS ZSE42). I just added one to my hub. I know it works because its state goes from Dry to Wet in the Current States box, and does it nice and fast.

The Problem: I wrote an experimental Rule Machine rule in order to give it a test. The rule is below. To my techie mind, this could not be any more straightforward, yet it does not work. It does not flash. I revised the rule to simply turn on the lamp, and that works.

What have I done wrong?

Bonus Question: I chose a lamp with an LED bulb in it used as a night light and is controlled with a Third Reality smart plug that I know for a fact works flawlessly. I'd like to get a bit fancier than that. I want to take a Third Reality RGBW bulb already in my system, and have it flash blue.

Does the smart plug support Flashing? Some (bulbs, plugs, switches) do, some don't. Maybe the Third Reality doesn't support flashing? Does it have a Flash command on its Device page? If you just click on "Run Actions" in the rule page does the light flash?

Just checked my Third Reality 3RSP019BZ (using the Generic ZigBee Outlet driver).
Software Build v1.00.92

Flash command works.

Right after I submitted my question I looked for that very thing. No, the T R outlet does not have a Flash function.

I also figured out the color setting for color bulbs, so will mark this solved.

Thanks very much!

As Inspector Cleuseau would say, "It is SOL-ved!"

Now I get a flash and I am pleased.
