At that price, it is cheaper to build one!
Or just buy the newer models 
I’d be interested in building something if it worked as reliably and similar form factor/size. I haven’t found anything similar. My melnor raincloud device can’t handle the pressure coming out of my yard pump.
Caution: As best as I can tell the Orbit timer pictured in that Ebay link, as of today's date, is not the subject Orbit 27087-03 Smart timer w/ Zigbee
I sure wish they would bring these back for generic (non-Iris) hub use. Or that someone would find a crate of them somewhere. They have worked reliably off water hydrants as an interim solution prior to doing in-ground valving. Seem to stay paired even at reasonable distance to the nearest repeater, and most importantly they do what they're told.
