Does anyone know of a dimmer and on/off switch that supports double tap functions in hubitat and has the ability to disable the little blue LED? I really want to upgrade some switches but can't find any solid information on either of these capabilities. I recently bought a handful of Zooz S2 switches, but can't disable to the onboard LEDs. I haven't even tried double tap yet, but the fact that I have to add them as generic zwave switches doesn't fill me with much optimism. My daughter has tape over the blue LED on her GE switch. Both her and my wife are very sensitive to lights while trying to sleep at night. I know the Hubitat controller has the fields for programming the functionality of these LED lights, but I have not been able to get it working with any of my switches.
You should be able to turn off the LED on most of the GE switches/dimmers... Works on all of mine I've changed the setting on.
In the driver details, change this to "never" then click Save Preferences:
If that isn't working for you - what is the model of your GE switch/dimmer?
And the GE zwave plus switches/dimmer all support double tap at the hardware level - well 'all' EXCEPT the motion switch/dimmer, those do NOT support double tap.
You do need to use a user driver though (I publish one, as do others) as the in-box generic smart switch/dimmer driver does not support double tap. But maybe, just maybe, @mike.maxwell will make a GE/Jasco specific switch/dimmer driver in the future and add double tap to it too, since he already added double tap to the GE Fan Control driver. 
I just saw this in the Zooz Zen27 S2 manual while looking for something else:
LED Indicator Control
Parameter 2: Choose if you want the LED indicator to turn on when the switch (light) is on or off, or if you want it to remain on or off at all times
Values:
0 – LED indicator is on when switch is off, LED indicator is off when switch is on (default);
1 – LED indicator is on when switch is on, LED indicator is off when switch is off;
2 – LED indicator is always OFF;
3 – LED indicator is always ON
