Waking up to dimmer Weridness

So , I have some odd issues, I want to set up a wake up dimmer that starts off at 20% because I assume my bulbs are just not having it at 1% to about 15%. When they go on at such a low they flash and then go off. I assume that this is what is happening here in the log.

I tried turning the bulb on to 20% before the process starts of fading. but no luck. It seems to still want to start at 0%.

Any sugestinons?

It’s most likely the driver didn’t get the update from the dimmers level before the next rule kicked in... I would out a pause between those 2 rules
