using voice control for your TV isn't that new anymore and can easily be done using the Broadlink or a harmony hub. what I was thinking about is voice controling a notebook or dektop PC. Windows 10, at least the pro version, alows a remote control within the system. Question is: Has anyone ever tried to remote controll his PC using HE? And if, how?
