I specifically installed version 10.17.0 as recommended by the instructions above. Started with a clean install of RaspberryPi OS Lite and am running everything in SSH console through PuTTy. I am running the newest version of NPM though. I'm going to try starting fresh again tonight after work and just use the latest versions of everything. I assume 10.17.0 is just a minimum and its OK to use the most recent update?
Update: I installed all the latest versions and its working. However after connecting in hubitat in the vivint integration app I see no devices in my devices list. Everything says its online and the server saw all my devices.
2nd Update: Looks like the server test step works but when I try to start the service it doesn't start and the server never runs. not sure whats going on here. I followed directions to the letter.
