Visual Rules Does Not Have a Power Source Trigger?

With Rule Machine, I use the Zooz ZAC 38 Range Extender for power failure monitoring. The rule triggers from a change in Power Source for the ZAC 38.

Can I do this with the new Visual Rules? I do not see a Power Source "capability" for triggers in Visual Rules. Am I missing something?
