I'm trying to set a virtual switch but I don't want it to go back off automatically.
I tried changing the "enable auto off" to disable but it doesn't changes anything.
Any one has an idea why it's not working properly?
How are you trying to turn the switch on?
Also, when you have the preference setting set to Disabled, have you chosen to Save Preferences?
Perhaps show a screenshot of the Device Detail page to show the driver you are using, the Preference Settings and the Current States in the top right.

I have forgotten to save more than once... 
I've disabled the auto off on a virtual switch I use and haven't seen it mess that up.
Yes, I should have added I setup one on my development hub and it worked fine when turning the switch on through the device details screen, it stayed switched on when I had the auto-off setting disabled.
Yes, i have tried saving preferences, saving device and actually was so fruatrated i tried all the buttons
Any other idea?
I'd fall back to the traditional delete the switch and recreate it. Sometimes you just have to sort of quote reboot..

Out of curiosity, what browser are you using. It sounds like that might be the problem if the settings aren't saved after you click "Save".
I reinatalled the driver and it works fine now.
