Video tile URL with Basic Auth

I would like to use the Dashboard tile for video player. My URL requires basic authentication to be passed, such as:

http://user:password@ip_address:port/mjpg/PatioPool/video.mjpg

However, the dashboard is not playing the video. Should I expect this to be able to work? It works fine in Chrome.

Did you get this sorted? For anyone else coming across this thread, you can test out the http link in any browser window. If it shows up there then the issue is the configuration in your dashboard.

I did get this sorted. I was using the video tile. On a whim, I tried using the image tile with that URL and it worked fine.
