Ventilator Switch countdown timer shared with 3 switches

Here is what I want to do:

I have 3 Zooz Z32 scene controllers:

When I press the main button on any switch, I want the ventilator to turn on for 20 min and the switch LED light to 30pct on all switches.

Press the switch again (on any switch) while at a 20 min timer and +20 min to timer (40 total), switch led to 60pct on all switches.

Press the switch again ( on any switch) while at a 20 min timer and +20 min to timer (60 total), switch led to 100pct on all switches.

Press the switch again ( on any switch) while during a 60 min timer and switch off vent , switch led to 0pct (off) on all switches.

After timer countdown expires and the ventilation is off, LED off on all switches.
