I have had an econet bulldog valve controller in hubitat for a while, integrated fine as generic z-wave valve in HomeKit via homebridge. Adding it to the native HomeKit integration, it shows ‘open’ correctly but when closed it goes permanently ‘stopping…’. Change it in the HomeKit integration app to a ‘switch’ and it does on/off fine. Saw that .120 had fixed the ‘stopping…’ problem for some shades, so I updated to .120 but my generic z-wave valve still has the problem. Since the homebridge version still works right, I now have left the device twice in HomeKit, once via hubitat’s homebridge integration, once via hubitat’s native HomeKit. In the Home app, the homebridge device still shows open/closed correctly, the native shows open/‘stopping…’.
Can you post a screenshot of the device details page? In particular, the Current States section on the right of the page in desktop view. I wonder if it has the same issue as blinds, with value range being 0-99 instead of 0-100.
