Utilize surplus power at set voltage - Zigbee sensor options

Hello,

I want to utilize surplus power by turning on additional appliances, like the hot water system, when the voltage reaches a set level. In my case, if the voltage hits 28.40V, I want to turn on the hot water heater. All my devices are controlled by Zigbee switches; I just need a voltage sensor that can communicate with the Habitat hub.

I would like to find a Zigbee sensor if possible.

Any suggestion on how this can be done?

Thanks

Richard

Can we assume the 28V is a DC voltage?

You wrote the limit to two decimal places, how accurate must it be?

Would you consider a DYI or must it be plug and play?

Yes its 28v DC. Its quite a big battery pack to i will need it to be triggered a decimal place.

The Shelly Uni does up to 36 30VDC, it's Wi-Fi, not ZigBee but it does work with Hubitat.
Edit: Oops, only 30VDC

ADC range can measure any voltage from 0 to 30 VDC
