Interesting, anything more than 2 seconds added evaluates properly. Maybe @nh.schottfam can give insight.
I pushed a change to remove the 2 second offsets.
This was in the original webcore, I guess because ST scheduler vagaries....

Needing some help after the latest update. I use 'datetime myOpenDoorTime' to determine if something has happened 5 minutes from $utc time. It is trying now to convert $utc to a long and throws an exception.
