Using comparison of 2 thermostat attributes to trigger rule

Probably a simple answer but I can't get there. I'm trying to compare 2 attributes on a thermostat to trigger an action. Attributes are cooling setpoint and temperature. I'm trying to compare the 2 and if the temperature is <= cooling setpoint then trigger an action.

Use thermostat controllert and use as many temp sensors as you want to average and then set the thermostat.
