@bravenel - While recreating the corrupt rule I think I've found another bug. To recreate:

I created 2 conditions:
1 - Day in Week - Mon through Fri
2 - Day in week - Sat and Sun

I created 2 conditional triggers:
Certain time 8AM (used condition - only if Mon thru Fri)
Certain time 9AM (used condition - only if Sat, Sun)

On completion of the rule and clicking Done, the required condition for the second trigger (9 AM) is removed.

Initially the condition (Day in week Sat Sun) remains showing in use in 'Manage Conditions'. However once I go back in to the rule and click done it changes to not in use.

Looks like maybe the toggle for Conditional Trigger was flipped on the second trigger.

Hmm - it happened twice. On the original rule that ended up corrupt, I edited my message then deleted the comment in case I was mistaken. However when I've recreated the rule from scratch, the same thing has happened again.

I'll re apply teh condition to the second trigger and see if it 'sticks'

I've edited the trigger now and switched it back on. Maybe some (Safari) browser glitch as I can now go in and out of the rule and it looks fine.
