I updated my C7 last night and it looks like my rules do not seem to be working now. I have a rule to turn on/off my undercabinet lights with the above lights, but now the under cabinet lights dont turn off.
Logs do not necessarily tell you if a device was sent a command. To say that for sure, you will need to look at the contents under the "Events" button on the device detail page for this device and look specifically for entries with "command" under the "Type" column (other entries are events, which can be nice to know but are not really what you are interested in here). As is also suggested there, turning on all logging for this Basic Rule could also be helpful. Then, Logs will show you what the app thinks it's doing and usually why.
You might be running into a problem with restrictions in the current hub platform version, to be fixed in the next build. However, without any more information, it is not possible to say in your case.
This would be the most helpful set of Logs to look at if you want to figure out what's really happening. It's possible you are affected by the bug above.
No, restoring a backup does not affect the hub platform version. You can revert to one before the problem (I think anything before 2.3.9.141?) using the Diagnostic Tool, or wait for the next hotfix.
I’m having the same issue on my 3 c7 hubs after the 2.3.9.143 update. I’ve rolled back as a temporary solution. Do we have any more info on what is causing this?
