Matter controls my curtains and fountain. I migrated everything over. Zigbee and Z-Wave working great...but Matter? NO!
What do I do next!

Can we assume that you’ve verified that the Matter integration is still enabled on the C8-Pro? Actually what does your Matter Details screen look like?

Also, is the C7 now shutdown? - Given the backup and migration restore, the C8+ will now have the same Matter network ID that the C7 also has. - Having two different nodes active at once with the same NetworkID is a bad thing. -
If you need both of them up at the same time, there are ways to reset the ID on the C8+, but the migration somewhat assumes that the C7 is powered off, when the C8+ is up..
Not saying this is the root cause of your issue, but just something notable, given you didn't give a lot of detail in the original problem definition, so it would be helpful to see you Matter Details on the problematic hub, as well as any logs showing debug when Matter devices are triggered with some commands.
