Updating rule

So since my ZEN30 is now working correctly with the fan switch I am updating rules to remove the virtual switch. I have the same rules for 2 different bathrooms but on one I'm getting:

I can just reenter the rule but I've never seen a RM failure like that before and wondered if there was a work around or if at least someone like maybe @bravenel might want to see this.

Thanks, but not much point in digging. This could well be a database anomaly or corruption. If you are able to redo this rule, and it works, then that would basically confirm that.
