Was it a v3 of the Zen77 (or v2 or v1)?
3.20 is for v3, 2.30 is for v2, and 10.40 is for v1.

Itโs a newer version 3. It was running 3.10 and I was attempting to upgrade to 3,20.
Iโm over it. I should have just left it alone, but Iโm really disappointed that the company wonโt stand behind their product or their software or the fact that upgrading firmware is so unnecessarily complicated with these products.
If you didn't disconnect it from Hubitat, you may be able to fix it by reflashing again. I have both purposefully and accidentally flashed the wrong firmware onto a Z-wave device before, and both times as long as I didn't remove it from the hub there was some base communication that still allowed a reflash. This might have been very specific to a couple of devices I tried, but it is worth a shot.
Thanks. Tried reflashing using the built-in and code-based tools. Neither worked.
Have you confirmed that the file you uploaded is correct?
When you tried a re upload did it go though at all?
File confirmed. Device is unreachable/unresponsive now i.e. bricked.
Latest response from Zooz:
We did not publish firmware files for a long time due to some reservations around potential issues with user updates since there are many versions and models out there but finally decided to put them out there for our customers to use based on other requests and feedback. The general recommendation is not to attempt a firmware update unless necessary because many things can go wrong during an over-the-air update, especially with third party software involved.
