C8 Pro, currently trying to update firmware on Zooz Zen17 relay.
From what I've read in older threads, OTA FW updates are impossible on Hubitat for LR (S2) devices, but I read that support was "coming soon" a few months ago.
Is this currently the situation? If so, what options do I have to update? Exclude and use the ZW stick?
I tried using the Device Firmware Updater App and the FW does transfer to 100%, but then ends with the error: The transferred image does not match the Firmware Target
Yes.
That would probably be the easiest thing to do. You could also pair it without any security to your hub and then update, but I don't see how that would save any steps unless you don't have a Z-stick.
