Solved, Reset DHCP, then static IP and issue solved
It may not be the cause, but I updated from 1.20 to 1.30, now I can not connect from mobile app and webcore is not updating. I tired rebooting, twice, then I rolled back to 1.20, then loaded the database from yesterday. I have a static IP set, I check that my router and the IP on device are the same, and rebooted the router.
Suggestions?
