Updated C-7 to 2.3.8.125 Z-Wave Backup Failed and Z-Wave Unreponsive

On my C-7 hub where I have my Z-wave devices I did the update yesterday to 2.3.8.125 and overnight the backup to the cloud failed for Z-Wave devices. After that none of the Z-wave devices were functional. No indication of a firmware update is needed and looks like I have the current version of the Z-Wave gateway.

I know you guys have been tracking this based on other posts here but add me to the list of folks that have seen this condition. Will be shutting down and pulling power to as recommended.

Hi. Should this thread be in the Beta section? I wouldn't know myself, since I just load up every Beta version that comes along. :slight_smile:

No, platform 2.3.8 has been out of beta for over a month. :slight_smile:
