When I do a system update is it necessary to keep the web page open and connected thru the entire proceedure?
Reason I ask. The other day I started an update, got called away. So I closed my browser thinking it would finish. Found out later the update had downloaded but never installed. Just wondering why.
You must keep the window open during the update process, at least until the hub restarts and starts loading. However, we have identified an issue and a fix is coming in the next release. Meanwhile, see this post for a workaround:
