Has the known issues caused the update to be pulled, my C8 it still on the prior version and will not pull the update in the main Interface, in diagnostic mode it says the prior version but when I click update it says that it is already up-to-date.
Any way to force the update, I have already rebooted the hub.
Try the Diagnostic menu and verify the latest is on the hub:
You can also use this to roll back a version and then try the update again.
The update was in the list, clicked it and it worked.
