Update fails to extract

I have tried numerous times to perform an update and consistently have failures. Has anyone else experienced this issue? There is no problem with the Internet connectivity, it downloads, confirms, extracts, then fails.

Have you tried rebooting the hub first?

If that doesn't work check your hub's network settings. If it's on Fixed 100 switch it to auto and try again, if on Auto try Fixed 100

I have the same issue intermittently with updates. Some work fine, others take forever before they fail. None of the suggested solutions have worked for me. The work around that does work for me is to log onto the Hubitat Diagnostic Tool at port 8081 and download the latest version and install from there. I haven't found anything else that works or a way to fix the root of the issue but this allows me to continue getting updates.

I have not run into that specific message. All of mine were that no update is available despite there being one. A Reboot fixed it.
