Unresponsive C8-Pro

Have a C8-Pro that's been solid since the beginning.

Starting last night, it is non-functioning / non-responsive.

It is getting a DHCP address on boot and the light is green, but nothing responds to web request.

Tried "network reset" with the button on the bottom. It went through the motions and grabbed a different IP, but same end result.

Something is fishy here, as a DHCP lease will result in the hub receiving that address, even after a network reset.

On that note, I did release the fixed IP on my router just in case there was something else going on.

Can you get to whateverthecurrenthubip:8081 ?

No. No open ports.

Interestingly, I can see it "active" at my.hubitat.com. It even shows the new IP.

It just seems to be stuck at some point booting..

If the light is green you should be able to get to 8081. Hmm, what platform is it on?

What do you mean by platform?

Software platform. Current is 2.3.9.201

2.3.9.201

Hmm... download Angry Ip scanner from https://angryip.org/ and scan your network and confirm that the hub is where it is supposed to be.

Once you do that go to http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8081 (NOT HTTPS) and see if you can get in. If so do a restore.

IP is correct.

Was able to add remote connect and get in that way. Seems ok, just no local access.

Settings confirms IP. Nothing interesting in logs.

Will try to reset/restore

You have a static ip on the hub itself? Is your pc on the same subnet as the hub?

No, DHCP. Yes, same subnet.

Nothing has changed for months.

Any firewall or just a basic router? Are both your pc and the hub plugged into the same router?

And its back after db restore.

If you haven't got it, I recommend a hub protect subscription to do a cloud back up and backup the z-wave and zigbee radios (this is not done in local backups)
