I am a newbe working my way from ST to HE. So far it has gone OK but today I moved three devices that have a problem. 1 Lock, 1 Garage Door Opener and one Garage Door tilt sensor for another door - All Zwave. They all excluded and included fine and appear to be set up. I have added them to a dashboard however they display the Circle with a ? in it and below that the word "unknown" and, of course, they are unresponsive. I have tried refreshing them and doing a Zwave repair on each but that has made no difference. Am I missing a step? Could it be I need to install drivers? I would be grateful if someone can point me in the right direction.

in the apps->dashboard, did you add the devices to the dashboard to see? after you've done that, go back to your dashboard and click on the 3 dots to the top right of the tile, and make sure you select the device on the left, and the type of tile in the middle
I have done all that and the devices appear on my dashboard, they just don't have a status and are not updating.
could you post the config for one of those tiles? what tile are you using to get the information? are you just trying to see a status or do you want control?
