i do have unknow device in the device list can i delete them?

Those devices are typically devices where the driver was not known, so “Device” was assigned to them. You can certainly delete them if you want to, but the underlying device will not work.

If the device is a Z-Wave device, it should also be un-paired to avoid issues with your mesh.
