Unknown device in Dashboard

Had to repair my Aeon z-wave gen 5 Siren. Now the device shows in the dashboard as unknown. I cannot toggle it off or off. When including the device i selected the device and had no problems. Any ideas folks? Thank you in advance. Here is the info from the device page.

Looks like the device may have been re-included with a new device ID, so the current dashboard reference is invalid. If you edit the tile and re-select the valid device, then the tile should work as normal. Probably want to double-check any other Apps referencing this device, e.g. Rules in Rule Manager, HSM...

I deleted the tile in the dashboard and added a new tile and picked the siren and the switch option. I did it again just to make sure. No luck. Thanks for the try.

I may have found the solution. Went through the logs and it seems the siren was not excluded. I will try to make sure it was excluded and include it again. Will let you all know if I do not solve it. So hold replies for now.

But did you authorize the new device to be on a dashboard? Apps, Hubitat Dashboard (pick this dash name) and go to the checklist and be sure you select this new device. Done out of app. Then go to the actual dashboard, and pick the new device.

I think I did but let me make sure the siren is excluded and then re included and I will make sure I go to the dashboard app and will get back to you after I have done that. Thank you.

Thanks to you both. It was that the siren was not properly excluded. I will keep my eyes open to that issue in the future. Cheers.
