Curious if most of you guys use the USG with your APs.
Do you still set the LAN IP under Network in the controller even though you're not using USG?
No, I use an Ubiquiti Edgerouter Lite (ER3 Lite). Other than that my entire system, APs, Switches is Unifi. My LAN IP is set in the ER3 interface.

I don't want to jinx myself but maybe that was the fix for my issue. I had reinstalled the controller software a few months back and just noticed that the IP in the Network setting still had the default values of 192.168.1.0/24. I changed it to what it should be and noticed almost instant connection the last two times I came home today. I'm going to have to watch it for a couple of days.
The setting for the controller at work needs checking too so we'll see if that one is the same.
