" unexpected error" -- cannot load the app at all

I was trying to edit a Rule when suddenly the following message appeared, and now I can't even open the rule -- any solutions??

Unexpected Error

An unexpected error has occurred trying to load the app. Check Logs for more information.

Error: begin 0, end 10, length 4

The logs showed 2 different errors -- the initial error and then a different error when I tried to re-open the rule:

Export the rule and email it to me,

Also, what platform version are you running (hopefully the latest)?

Running 2.4.1.121. However, I restored from last night's backup and that version of the rule isn't available anymore to export. I'll remember to do that next time!
