For some reason none of my Sengled Zigbee 3.0 contact sensors (E2D-G73 - available on Amazon) are able to pair with my C-8 – they get discovered immediately but never make it past the "initializing" stage (I have tried all three available options). I have probably tried more than 50 times now and it just doesn't work.
Out of curiosity I tried to pair one of them with my C-7 instead and it paired immeidately on the first attempt (this shows that I am not doing anything wrong resetting the device or pairing it). Due to topology considerations, using the C-7 for those dvices is not really an options (and I don't want to have two Zigbee networks either as that doesn't help with the mesh) - any suggestion on how to get them to work on the C-8 or additional trouble-shootin I can do? /cc @support_team
