Hi -
Just got my HE running. It came with firmware 2.1.1.122. I'm having trouble updating. When I update, it downloads the update and just sits there. Tried rebooting and tried full shutdown, unplug, and replug.
Reboot/shutdown were done through settings because I didn't want to just pull the plug on it.
What should I try next? @bobbyD - any suggestions?
