Unable to save device settings on C8 - 2.4.0.146

Ever since the last two updates to my regular C8 (when the interface changed), I am no longer able to set device properties. Anytime settings are changed a "load failed" error appears. The settings do not get applied. My Hub is on 2.4.0.146 currently.

From my screenshot I was trying to change the paddle from the default to reversed. Even if I try to turn on debug logging it never actually saves. This is a zooz zen76 on the internal system driver but happens to any devices even if one is generated from an app such as my wake on lan switch.

Reboot with advanced option to rebuid db. Or try a restore of db.. something is corrupted.

Ah will do. I also noticed zwave devices do not respond after a day and wonder if that is also due to this database thingy. Ill get this rebuilt and report back

EDIT: My advanced options are only showing a full reset, reinstall update or reset one of the radios. How do I get to the option to rebuild the database?

Looking at the doc it says it should show up.

What does your hub show if you go to ipaddress:8081 ?

Those are the options in the diagnostic tool....

In the normal UI go to Settings > Reboot, click advanced

I ended up finding the setting. Thanks all for helping!! My devices came back aside from 2 zwave devices I needed to have rejoined.

If this happens again, should I reach out to regular support email?

Hubitat Support does not have a monitored email address any longer. The Community is the the best place to request assistance, and the Hubitat Support Team monitors the forum.

Ah good to know!
