Unable to register hub

I am trying to setup a new C8 I ordered off of Amazon this week. I have it up and running and it appears to let me register it by having me sign in to my account, but then it never shows up under my account, nor does it allow me to update the firmware. Naturally it's basically the weekend now and this is up at the cabin, looking for any ideas or support help!

It might be having a DNS problem. Did you set a static IP on the hub or is using DHCP?
In network settings, you can try to manually set a DNS server, there are some examples of public servers on there.

Also Under Settings > Network > Test. try to ping cloud.hubitat.com
This will check if DNS is working AND if the hub can reach the internet.

Tested all that but about an hour ago it finally worked - not sure why it didn’t work at first, never had a problem with registration but I’m good now! Thanks
