Unable to reconnect to hub after Z wave update

I obtained the C8 Elevation, connected it via the URL. Updated firmware. Went to add a device. It said that I needed to update Z wave to add the device. Clicked to to that and now I cannot connect to the hub at all with the URL. Hard booted the hub and still will not connect. I am completely new to Hubitat but have been using home automation for many years.

Do you have access to your router? If yes, check to see if your Hubitat hub shows there. It sounds like the Hubitat hub was restarted and it's IP address changed. Look in the router to see what IP address the hub was assigned. Also, you want to make that IP address assignment a reservation so that when the hub does get rebooted, its IP address does not change.

If need be, you can try accessing http://findmyhub.hubitat.com/ to see if you can find you hub on your network.

Thanks very much. You are correct. Findmyhub worked. The address had changed. Appreciate the really quick response.

As suggested above, set a reservation on your router for the hub's IP address. This way the IP will stay the same when the hub is rebooted.
